As a part of celebrating 20 Years of Girl Skateboards, select stores were given a blank OG Wooden Girl and asked to create custom art for it. The goal of our wooden OG was to find a way to reflect the things that are important to us at Atlas. Art and photography have always been a big and important part of what we do in, around and outside of the shop. We chose to do a laser print transfer with five different images placed on the different panels of the wooden Girl logo. In the spirit of representing the people at the core Atlas, the images were shot by Patrick Beaudouin, Rodolfo Castellanos and Ryen Motzek; all integral Atlas family members. A great part of skateboarding is also the places where it will take you. We conveyed the idea of travel by showcasing photos from Paris, Philadelphia, Seattle and San Francisco. We are honored to be included in the project and congratulations to Girl Skateboards for 20 amazing years and many more to come.
